Beginning April 15, 2021, DCHS will be updating the Insurance Provisions required for all contractors.
You can find the updated provisions and a crosswalk document explaining the changes from the previous versions on the DCHS insurance requirements site. Please note, these new provisions will ONLY be required for NEW contracts effective after April 15, 2021.
