Join us: KCVP virtual career fair

Join us on Wednesday, October 13 for a virtual career fair for veterans, servicemembers and their families!

The King County Veterans Program is hosting a virtual Reboot/Recruit Veteran Career Fair. The fair, which is open to veterans, servicemembers and their families, will be held from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.

How does a virtual career fair work?

The virtual career fair will be held on a platform called Brazen. The platform will connect you directly with organizations from the comfort of your home, office, smartphone or tablet. The computer labs at both KCVP Tukwila and KCVP Seattle are available for veterans to use to attend the career fair.

The online, cloud-based Brazen platform makes it easy and fun to participate in the career fair. After signing in, attendees will be able to explore the available information and career opportunities. Attendees can also participate in 1-on-1 text-based chats with representatives from participating organizations where you can share your background and experience and get all your questions answered.

What employers can I connect with?

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the following employers:

  • Amazon Web Services
  • Bureau of Prisons
  • City of Seattle
  • Columbia Distributing
  • G4S
  • Pierce County
  • Salesforce
  • Seattle Children’s Hospital
