
King County’s Annual Developmental Disabilities and Delays Legislative Forum, hosted by the Developmental Disabilities and Early Childhood Supports Division (DDECSD), is marking its 35th year!
Join us on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. at the Hilton DoubleTree Suites, 16500 Southcenter Parkway, to hear from individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and delays and their family members, learn about the 2025 legislative priorities, and connect with legislators.
Agenda
- 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Doors open. Coffee, tea, & cookies available.
- 6:15 – 6:45 PM: Optional- informally connect with state legislators at tables organized by legislative district. Language supports available: use the registration form to request an interpreter.
- 7:00 – 8:30 PM: Legislative Forum, including opening remarks from Executive Constantine’s office and personal stories from the I/DD and delays community. Language supports available: use the registration form to request an interpreter.
