High Intensity Treatment for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Residents

DCHS is looking for qualified partner(s) to launch up to two High Intensity Treatment teams for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) residents with complex care needs. Selected BHA(s) will implement a team of multidisciplinary staff to provide intensive community-based services and support subsequent development of a Medicaid rate and new level of care in the King County behavioral health continuum. Proposers must be members of the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN) as a prerequisite to respond to this RFP and enter into a contract for this scope of work.

Mental Health Residential Treatment Facilities

New capital funding for licensed residential treatment providers serving King County is now available. The primary goal of this funding is to improve access to and the availability of Mental Health Residential Treatment (MHR Treatment) services by covering costs associated with new construction, facility acquisition, building renovation or expansion, and other capital pre-development and development costs. MHR Treatment is a critical level of care within a robust continuum of mental health services, where individuals can receive intensive treatment within a structured setting and receive 24/7 support.
