Take the Employee Engagement Survey!

Employee Engagement survey

Funded through the King County Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) and administered by our partner 501 Commons, the Employee Engagement Survey along with the Wage and Benefits Survey will help nonprofit organizations better understand the array of influences – including wages – which contribute to successful employee recruitment, retention and satisfaction in the nonprofit sector.

The overall results for the nonprofit sector will be presented in the aggregate in a final report anticipated for release by the end of 2021 and will be available online as an informational resource for the nonprofit community. Providers with five or more employees and at least five participants in the Employee Engagement Survey can receive a de-identified combined results summary for their organization.

The Wage and Benefits Survey is open until May 2

There is still time to take the Wage & Benefits survey, which is open until May 2. The survey asks questions about pay levels and benefits. Learn more about the Wage and Benefits Survey.
