The All Home team is hard at work planning Count Us In 2020, King County’s Annual Point in Time Count (PIT) of persons experiencing homelessness across King County. This year’s count will take place from 2-6am on Friday, January 24. The purpose of the annual PIT Count is to collect data on the needs of people experiencing homelessness, informing our system response to the need in our community, and to ultimately making homelessness rare, brief and one-time. The count also provides an excellent opportunity to increase awareness of homelessness and to spark action.

Each year we rely on hundreds of volunteers to ensure a successful and accurate PIT count and we invite you to join us! Volunteer registration is now live and the volunteer portal will be your ongoing resource for anything count related—i.e. communicating with team members, early preview of census tracts, webinars, Q&A, etc. Registration closes Friday, January 15th. If you have any questions, please contact allhome@allhomekc.org.
